1. Information We Collect & How It Is Used

We prioritize user privacy and adhere strictly to data minimization principles:

• Local App Data: Personal settings, workout routines, fitness streaks, water intake logs, wallpaper favorites, and gameplay scores are saved locally on your device via secure local storage (SharedPreferences).
• Account Information (Optional): If you choose to sign in via Google Sign-In or email/password, basic profile details (display name, avatar, and authentication ID) are processed securely through Google Firebase Authentication to synchronize your data across devices.
• No Sensitive Personal Data: We do not track precise GPS locations, sell your personal information, or access contacts, microphone, or camera without explicit context-specific permissions.

2. Third-Party SDKs & Advertising Compliance

To provide high-quality free applications and ongoing feature updates, our apps integrate reputable third-party SDKs that comply with Google Play Developer and Data Safety requirements:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to deliver policy-compliant banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. AdMob may process non-personal device identifiers (such as Advertising ID) in accordance with Google Advertising Policies.
• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage): Used to provide cloud authentication and real-time database synchronization with end-to-end TLS encryption.
• Google Play Services: Used to ensure application integrity, licensing, and standard in-app delivery.

3. Account & Data Deletion (Google Play Compliance)

In full compliance with Google Play User Data and Account Deletion policies, you maintain complete ownership of your data:

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your user account and all associated cloud-synced workout or game data at any time from within the app settings.
• Manual Request: You can request full deletion of all stored data and account records by emailing us directly at theKami350@gmail.com. All records will be completely expunged within 48 hours.

4. Device Permissions

Our applications request permissions only when strictly necessary for core features:

• INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To load ad banners, sync cloud workouts/scores, and download wallpaper assets.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Optional permission (Android 13+) used solely to send your daily workout alarms and reminder alerts.
• SET_WALLPAPER / RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Used exclusively by LuminaWalls for background wallpaper rotation.

5. Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that personal data has been inadvertently provided by a minor, please contact us immediately so we can promptly delete it.
