Welcome to theKami ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), founded and developed by Kumail Raza Bangash. By downloading, accessing, or using any of our applications or games on Google Play (such as ShapeVibe, LuminaWalls, Scuba Sweep Adventure, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Intellectual Property & License
All source code, graphics, audio, UI layouts, animations, and branding elements within our apps are the intellectual property of Kumail Raza Bangash / theKami. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal devices.
2. User Conduct & Prohibitions
When using our applications, you agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our apps.
- Modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works based on our assets or databases.
- Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, bypass ad units, or exploit game/app mechanics.
- Use our apps in any manner that violates applicable local or international laws.
3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer (For ShapeVibe)
ShapeVibe: Exercise & Yoga is intended solely for educational, informational, and general wellness purposes. The exercise instructions, workout routines, and BMI calculations do not constitute professional medical advice or physical therapy. Always consult with a qualified physician before starting any new fitness program.
4. Third-Party Services & Advertisements
Our applications may display advertisements powered by Google AdMob or link to third-party services (such as Google Play Services or Firebase). We do not control or endorse the content of third-party advertisements and are not liable for interactions between users and external advertisers.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure 99.9% crash-free sessions and uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee error-free operation at all times. Under no circumstances will the developer be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Termination & Updates
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, application, or service at any time without prior notice. Continued use following changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
